Edward & William is a multi-sector law firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The firm started in 2004 as Enbanc Legal Consulting and in 2006 after a successful merger assumed its present nomenclature. We provide core legal services and advisories to various public and private sector clients, and we are heavily skilled and well positioned in corporate and commercial law practice, civil and criminal litigations, arbitration, Legal trainings, and public policy advisory services. As a firm, we assist our clients identify risks and provide solutions to those risks. Our strength lies in our well experienced legal practitioners in chamber who pursue client’s needs with a good sense of ethical standards, integrity, respect, commitment, and confidentiality all of which have made us a leading modern service law firm.
