We also handle for our private clients all transactions dealing with Succession, Wills, Intestacies and Inheritance, drafting of Wills and assist in taking out probate or obtaining the grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of deceased persons.

We act as Company Secretary to many commercial and business enterprises by representing them in corporate meetings, filings of requisite returns therefore ensuring compliance with all requirements of law concerning doing business and other incorporated associations in Nigeria.
